A Morning of Mindfulness
Mindfulness is an ancient practice. It is the practice of stopping, pausing, and being present with the moment. Join us for another session in which we can explore mindfulness.
09.15 Arrival and chatting (Bring your own coffee/tea)
09.30 – 10.30 Session 1 – Kay will lead a Being Present, and Mindfulness of the Breath session.
10.30 – 11.15 Tea break and grab a coffee/networking
11.15 – 12.15 Session 2 – Kay will lead a Stop-Look-Listen, and Nourishing Happiness session
We may change sessions, depending on what emerges on the day, who turns up and what seems right. Yes, we can go with the flow.
12.15 – 12.30 Final networking
